Who it’s for

Maybe this feels familiar.

Many people who use HOLD identify with ADHD, autism or anxiety. Others don’t. The common thread is usually the feeling of having a mind that races ahead, fills in the gaps, gets stuck on a thought, or struggles to put it down once it’s there.

You don’t need to know what to call it — you just need somewhere to put it. Just know that you’re not alone.

You might recognise yourself in a few of these.

I can’t seem to get started

You know what needs doing. Starting is the difficult bit.

Everything feels like a demand

Even things you want to do somehow feel like pressure.

I keep wondering what they meant

A pause, a message, a look. Your brain keeps filling in the blanks.

A phone call feels like too much

You’d happily text. The call itself feels like the hard part.

Something feels off

You can’t point to a reason. You just can’t settle.

Out of sight, out of mind

If it isn’t in front of you right now, it may as well have fallen off the planet.

Whatever you’re carrying, HOLD can meet you there.

You don’t need the right words.

Some people arrive with a question.
Others arrive with a feeling they can’t quite explain.

You don’t need to make sense of it first.

We’ll start where you are.
